Key Deadlines

• December 9, 2024: Final date to submit papers or abstracts
• February 28, 2025: Notification of paper acceptance
• March 14, 2025: Early bird registration deadline
• May 27–29, 2025: CMBEC47/ACCES 26

Process

• All papers will be peer-reviewed. One author from each paper must be willing to review at least two other papers (or designate another in their place). The author selected to be the reviewer should not be a student.
• Authors may submit an abstract (1 page) or full-length paper (2-4 pages). Submissions will be accepted for a podium or poster slot based on out peer-review ranking process, acceptances to be sent out by February 28th, 2025.
• Authors must use the CMBEC/ACCES template to submit abstracts and papers. These templates are available in our online submission system (see below).
• All submissions are due December 9, 2024.
