Peer Review and Certification

Abstract

The CMBES continues to strive for improved quality and efficiency of medical device support programs whether they are in the hospital or part of a service organization. In this session, we will review the standards on which the peer review process is based along with a description of the process itself. An update will be provided on progress with Accreditation Canada. Included on the panel will be representation from at least one hospital that has recently undergone an accreditation survey.
