Abstract

This "round-table discussion" session will address the myriad of questions related to the accreditation of college biomedical technology programs, their curriculums, and how technicians and technologists pursue certification. Discussion around the future needs of the BMET will take place along with what constitutes a quality program. Representatives from various colleges and certification organizations will be on the panel. Hospitals and industry will also be represented.
